Why Does Ranking Matter

More Traffic  =  More Leads  =  More Sales

Do you want to be on Page 1 of Google, Yahoo and Bing?

Do you know what it takes to accomplish this? Do you know what keywords you should be targeting? If you don’t, you’re not alone. Are you wanting more traffic?

Keyword Research is necessary to determine the search terms people are currently using to find businesses like yours. To find your high-value keywords that will get ranked on Page 1, you generate a long list of keywords in your niche, narrow down the ones with the most traffic and the least competition, then implement them strategically into your website.

A Website Audit gives you the opportunity to discover issues within your website that could profoundly impact the marketing campaign in a negative way. We need to understand the potential issues ahead of time and let you know what they are. Issues found could range from the simplest to the most complex, but would remain unseen by untrained eyes or remain unnoticed by busy business owners.

Competitive Intelligence is the process of determining what your competition is doing, where they rank in organic search, what those keywords are, and how much traffic they get. The goal is to copy what they’re doing then go 2 or 3 steps further with SEO, SMO and Local Buzz to get you ranking ahead of them on Page 1.

Take action now and request your FREE Keyword Research, Competitive Intelligence and a Website Audit Report, a $950 value, when you purchase one of the following online marketing services before Dec. 1, 2013:

  • Web Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Local Buzz

…all of which are critical to ranking on Page 1 in search engines.

Why do I need Web Design?

In today’s world, having a website is 100% necessary for 99% of all business owners. Websites and blogs serve as the central hub for online marketing where traffic is ultimately directed to convert into customers. All of your online marketing efforts such as SEO, Social Media and PPC will rely on a well-designed, mobile-friendly website where your landing pages and blogs are built to convert traffic to leads, and from leads they become customers.

Why do I need SEO?

Search Engine Optimization means letting people and search engines know that your website exists. SEO will give you high visibility on search engines, giving you more traffic to your website and a higher chance of getting leads, conversions and sales for your business.

Why do I need Social Media Optimization?

1 in 6 minutes online is spent on social networks. Social media is a fast-growing space in online marketing as more and more people connect with each other, communicate and share thoughts and feelings about businesses, brands, products and services through status messages, likes, tweets, links, photos and videos. Social Media Optimization helps promote brand awareness, influence buying behavior, buying decisions and promote customer loyalty.

Why do I need Local Buzz?

People and buusinesses are increasingly looking at local listings for shopping, dining, services, vendors and more. Local Buzz is the optimization of local listings and maps in search engines and major sites such as Google Places, Bing Local, Facebook Places and Foursquare. Appearing in local search results can help your business stand out from its competition when coupled with a strong SEO campaign.

Best Times for Sending Messages

Checking phone messages on cell phone.

There’s a science to figuring out when the best time is to send messages on Facebook, Twitter and Email.

As with everything else these days, it seems there’s a science on the time you should send Emails, Tweets and Ads. Digital marketers are figuring out that people are working longer hours, logging in at home and on the weekends. This means added opportunity for connecting with customers at different times.

In the post by Tessa Wegert for ClickZ called The Best Time to Send Emails, Tweets and Text Ads, she outlines that when posting to Facebook, usage peaks at 3:00 p.m. ET on weekdays, with Wednesday being the best day. But Sunday can be slow, as can be expected with people spending time with family or resting.

But if you’re posting to Twitter, the weekend may be the best bet for you as customers engage with their brands on weekends much more, specially in the sports and apparel arena. That’s to be expected as most people go shopping during the weekend.

As for sending emails, there’s different timeframes sighted and it really depends on the nature of your message and what makes sense for your brand. And lunchtime seems to be the best time for mobile ads.

At the end of the day, you know your brand and customers best and by taking a look at your analytics, you will determine what the best time is for your brand to send messages. As with everything, there’s no single path to follow to be successful.

If you think it’s time for your company to get started with more aggressive Digital Marketing, get in touch with Hadfield Communications at We’ll be glad to analyze your current efforts and give you feed back on how to make your Digital Marketing more visible.
